Hidden away in the picturesque village of Harbledown,
on the outskirts of the Historic City of Canterbury
The Old Coach & Horses pub/French bistro offers a wide selection of freshly prepared food and beautiful wine in a casual & relaxed atmosphere. We pride ourselves on being a ‘village pub’ at the heart of the local community, using local suppliers and seasonal produce. A choice of three different garden areas in the summer or a roaring log fire in the winter and beautiful restaurant year round, Bistro Valerie at The Old Coach & Horses is always cosy, friendly, vibrant and informal, but always striving for the best in service, atmosphere and good food.
We pride ourselves on our level of service and quality of our food. As a fully French bistro, our team of chefs strive to create great menus, which are both traditional and diverse, using fresh and seasonal local produce.
Of course, we’re famous for our Traditional Sunday Roast Menu too, offering a choice of meat or vegetarian options.
